Calcutta High Court granted permission for rally on occasion of birth anniversary of Syama Prasad.

Calcutta High Court has granted conditional permission to the BJP Yuva Morcha to conduct a rally and a gathering on July 20 on the occasion of birth anniversary of Syama Prasad Mookherjee.Justice Moushumi Bhattacharya ordered that gathering should not disturb main road by any way disrupting the traffic and causing nuisance.The court allowed the rally to start at 3pm from Golpark and end at western flank of Jain Das Park metro station at 5pm.Only few party leaders also including opposition leaders should take the stage and gathering should be restricted to footpath adjacent to Ashutosh College and Jain Das Park metro station.Court ordered crowd shall be managed in the area the petitioner shall not extend guard rail for gathering,the petitioner shall allow the normal public to have normal traffic along with rally route not blocked the way of artificial human barriers,the court observed.
