Calcutta High Court on Monday dismissed plea by Vikram Chatterjee seeking to quash charges against him in Alipore court's decision on Sonika Chauhan death case.The high court has asked trial court to make a conclusion as early as possible and allowed Chatterjee to raise his arguments in trial court.Police filed chargesheet in 2017 and in 2018 Chatterjee moved to high court to discharge him from the case.Both Alipore court and High court has rejected his plea and the fresh appeal in high court was to squash the charges against him.
